Gros (Silver, 17 mm, 0.80 g, 7 h), circa 1346. + [STЄ]FAN IPЄRATO Stefan Uroš IV seated facing on backless throne, holding cruciform scepter in his right hand. Rev. Christ, nimbate, standing facing in mandorla with seven stars, raising his right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels in his left; in field to left, IC; in field to right, XC. Jovanovic, 11-18. Rare. Very fine.

This coin is one of the earliest types struck by Dusan as imperator and perhaps his first with a Latin legend
